| 目的：为临床合理使用中药注射剂提供参考。方法：收集山西省肿瘤医院2014-2016年中药注射剂品种、销售金额等数据，采用限定日剂量（DDD）法和ABC分类法对中药注射剂的使用合理性进行分析。结果：2014-2016年我院中药注射剂的DDDs呈逐年增加的趋势，分别为421572.1、494534.1、537426.2，DDC基本保持稳定，大多数品种的用药同步性较好。ABC分类结果显示临床应用结构存在不合理现象。我院被临床较好认可的品种为复方苦参注射液、康艾注射液、血必净注射液。结论：我院中药注射剂使用稳定，但存在临床应用结构不合理现象，应重视A类药品的用药合理性。 |

| Objective:To provide references for rational clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine injection (TCMI). Methods:The varieties, sale amount and other data of the TCMI in Shanxi Tumor Hospital from 2014 to 2016 were collected. The rationality of the TCMI was analyzed by ABC classifcation method and defned daily dose (DDD) method. Results:DDDs of TCMI in the hospital gradually increased from 2014 to 2016, that is, 421572.1 in 2014, 494534.1 in 2015, and 537426.2 in 2016. DDC basically remained stable and most of the varieties had good synchronization. The ABC classification result showed that the clinical application structure was unreasonable. The preferred varieties consisted of compound matrine injection, Kang'ai injection and Xuebijing injection. Conclusion:The use of TCMI in the hospital was stable, while the clinical application structure was unreasonable. The rationality of Class A drug should be paid attention to. |
