| 目的：应用JCI标准，对医院高警示药品进行规范化管理。方法：基于JCI标准制定医院高警示药品管理制度与目录，通过一系列的措施改进高警示药品的管理，评价JCI认证前后医院高警示药品管理的成效。结果：医院确立新的标准，在信息系统上设安全屏障，统一全院高警示药品标识，由专人监管并加强培训和督导，通过8个月的持续质量改进，高警示药品保管合格率提升至98.70%。结论：医院应用JCI标准规范了高警示药品的管理，且加强了医、药、护及各部门的沟通与协作，提升了医疗服务质量，保障患者用药安全。 |

| Objective: To normalize the management of high-alert drugs in our hospital by using the Joint Commission International (JCI) standards. Methods: The management system and catalogue of high-alert drugs in our hospital were set up according to the JCI standards. The management of high-alert drugs was improved through a series of measures. Changes of the management of high-alert drugs in our hospital before and after the JCI certifcation were evaluated. Results: A new standard and a security barrier to information system were established. The label of high-alert drugs was unifed. Both training and supervision were strengthened. The pass rate of the storage of high-risk drugs increased to 98.70% through eight months of continuous quality control. Conclusion: The management of high-risk drugs were normalized and communication and collaboration among different departments were strengthened through the application of JCI standards. The quality of medical service was improved and the medication safety of patients was ensured. |
