目的:研究发达国家药师注册前的实训制度,为我国探索建立执业药师实训制度提供经验借鉴和理论基础。方法:采用文献研究法,深入比较美国、加拿大、英国、新加坡四国的药师实训制度和体系,并分析我国的药学教育和药师制度现状。结果:从实训内容和考核方式两个方面分析总结了四国的实训特点,并结合我国实际情况对实训制度的建立提出了建议。结论:应当重视实训的作用,明确实训目标;认真设计实训大纲,开展有针对性的实训;严格实训考核,充分发挥指导教师的作用。 |

Objective: To study the practical training system for pharmacists before registration in developed countries so as to provide experience and theoretical basis for establishing the practical training for licensed pharmacists. Methods: The practical training systems for pharmacists of USA, Canada, UK, and Singapore were compared using the method of literature review. The current status of the pharmacy education and the pharmacist registration system in China were also analyzed. Results: The characteristics of the practical training systems of the four countries were summarized from the two aspects of training contents and assessment methods. Some suggestions were put forward for establishing the practical training system combined with the actual situation of our country. Conclusion: Attention should be paid to the signifcance of practical training and training objectives should be clarifed. Training programs should be seriously designed and targeted training should be carried out. The training assessment should be strict and the role of instructors should be fulflled. |
