      目的:分析门诊药房取药患者遗落药品情况,查找原因,提出建议,以减少此类情况的发生。方法:调取2013-2016年北京协和医院东院门诊药房遗落药品登记表,从遗落药品次数、金额、药品遗落类型及遗落药品的认领等方面进行统计,分析遗落原因,提出相应建议。结果: 2013-2016年共遗落药品586次,总计金额50640.66元,遗落地点主要在发药窗口四周。尽管与确定遗落药品的患者取得联系,但仅有25.48%的药品被认领。结论:嘈杂的环境及焦虑的就诊心理是导致患者遗落药品的主要原因。建议取药窗口前摆放座椅,设立一米线,为患者提供轻松舒适的取药环境,让患者有充足的时间整理、核对药品;提醒患者在办理就诊卡时应提供准确、有效的联系方式,以便遗落药品后及时联系,避免延误治疗,确保医疗的完整性。

      Objective: To analyze the situation of lost medicines of outpatient pharmacy in order to find out reasons, put forward suggestions and reduce the incidence. Methods: Lost medicine registration forms in the outpatient pharmacy of east campus of Peking Union Medical College Hospital from 2013 to 2016 were selected. The following aspects, such as the number, amount of money, types, and claim for the lost medicines were analyzed. The reasons were also analyzed and corresponding suggestions were put forward. Results: The total number of lost medicines was 586 from 2013 to 2016. The total amount of money was about 50640.66 yuan. The places were mainly around the dispensing window. Although identified patients who lost medicines were contacted, only 25.48% of the lost medicines were claimed. Conclusion: Noisy environment and anxiety are the main causes of drug loss. It is suggested that chairs should be put and one-meter-line on the ground should be set up to create an easy and comfortable environment so that patients will have enough time to double check their medicines. In the meantime, it is important for the patients to provide accurate and effective contact information when they apply for a medical card, so that they will be contacted in time in case they lose medicines, to avoid delayed treatment and ensure medical integrity.
