| 在行刑衔接中，药品犯罪案件涉案产品的检验与鉴定，一直是困扰我国行政执法和刑事司法的一个重要问题，尤其是在药品违法案件移送过程中，药品的检验报告和司法部门的鉴定结论存在着各自标准适用程度不一致的问题。本文通过解读行政执法与刑事司法的衔接情形，分析涉案药品检验与司法鉴定的相异问题以及具体区别，剖析检验报告与鉴定结论转化中的困惑要点，提出对药品犯罪案件中涉案产品检验与鉴定的相关建议。 |

| The testing and judicial authentication of products involved in drug crimes during the execution cohesion has been a major problem in administrative law enforcement and criminal justice, especially in the transfer of illegal drug cases, where exists the problem of inconsistent applicable degree of standards between the testing report of the drugs and the judicial authentication conclusion of the judicial department. The execution cohesion between the administrative law enforcement and the criminal justice, the similarities and differences between the drug testing and judicial authentication, as well as the confusion points in the transformation of the testing report and forensic examination conclusion were analyzed. The suggestions for the testing and examination of products involved in the drug crime cases were put forward. |
