| 目的：为促进临床合理用药、加强医院辅助用药管理提供参考。方法：分别调取我院2015年1-12月（干预前）和2016年1-12月（干预后）使用注射用丹参多酚酸盐的出院病历1310份，比较辅助用药专项点评前后注射用丹参多酚酸盐的临床使用情况、患者住院天数、药品费用和药品不良反应（ADR）发生率。结果：开展辅助用药专项点评后，患者无适应证用药、重复用药、给药剂量不合理、用药疗程过长、配伍禁忌及溶剂选择不当的比例，患者药品费用及ADR发生率均低于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。干预前后患者平均住院日差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。结论：开展辅助用药专项点评，可有效规范我院注射用丹参多酚酸盐的临床应用，促进临床合理用药。 |

| Objective: To provide references for rational drug use and strengthen the management of adjuvant medication in the hospital. Methods: 1310 medical records of discharged patients given Salvianolate for injection in our hospital were selected from January to December 2015 (pre-intervention) and from January to December 2016 (post-intervention), respectively. The clinical application of Salvianolate for injection, average length of stay, drug cost and the incidence of ADR were compared before and after special comments of adjuvant medication. Results: After special comments of adjuvant medication, the proportion of drug use of no indication, repeated medication, unreasonable dosage, long duration, incompatibility and unsuitable solvent selection, drug cost as well as the incidence of ADR after intervention were all lower than those before intervention, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). There was no statistical significance in average length of stay between pre-intervention and post-intervention (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Special comments of adjuvant medication could effectively standardize clinical application of Salvianolate for injection in our hospital and promote clinical rational drug use. |
