| 目的：通过对我国药监部门与美国药监部门政务网站信息化建设水平的综合评估，提出我国药监部门政务网站信息化建设发展的建议。方法：运用核心内容分析和对比分析等方法，分析中美两国药监部门政务网站的内容设置、信息量大小、网站接入速度、链接可用性等方面的特点与差异。结果：我国国家食品药品监督管理总局（CFDA）新官网（www.cfda.gov.cn）、旧官网（www.sfda.gov.cn）比FDA官网（www.fda.gov）接入时间分别慢18.2%和37.2%；CFDA官网中文版信息量 > FDA官网英文版信息量 > CFDA官网英文版信息量；现阶段，中美药监部门政务网站链接可用性整体状况均良好。结论：应减少我国药监部门政务网站主页信息重复和堆叠，进一步优化主页栏目安排；优化信息内容，提高网站的可读性；紧跟时代，运用新媒体在舆论引导方面发挥更加积极的作用；从细节入手，提升用户体验；统一设计风格，更新设计理念。使CFDA官网建设更加与时俱进、健康发展。 |

| Objective: To put forward suggestions for the informatizational construction of government affair websites of CFDA through comprehensive assessment of the informatizational construction of the government affair websites of FDA and CFDA. Methods: The differences and characteristics of the content settings, information capacity, access speed, link availability, etc. of the websites of CFDA and FDA were analyzed using core content analysis and comparative analysis. Results: The access time of the new CFDA official website (www.cfda.gov.cn) and the old one (www.sfda.gov.cn) was 18.2% and 37.2% which was slower than that of the FDA official website (www.fda.gov), respectively; The information capacity of Chinese version of CFDA official website > The information capacity of English version of FDA official website > The information capacity of English version of CFDA official website. At present, the link availability of the government affair websites of FDA and CFDA is good in general. Conclusion: Redundant information of CFDA official website should be reduced and the column arrangement should be further improved; Information content should be optimized and the readability of CFDA's official website should be improved; New media should be used to play a more active role in the guidance of public opinion; Details should be started with to enhance user's experience; The design style should be unified and the design concept should be updated, so as to keep up the construction of CFDA official website with the times and maintain its healthy development. |
