| 目的：分析用药咨询情况，掌握规律，提高住院药房药学服务质量，促进临床合理用药。方法：对我院住院药房2013年7月至2014年6月《用药咨询记录薄》登记的用药咨询资料，按照咨询次数、咨询人、咨询药物种类、咨询内容及问题解决情况等项目进行统计分析。结果：护士和医生是用药咨询的主体；咨询的药物主要为抗感染注射剂，其次为口服药物和营养液；咨询的主要内容为药物的基本信息，其次为用法用量和药物选用；对于大多数问题，药师能当场给予回答，较复杂的问题经讨论或请示上级药师后也能答复。结论：通过用药咨询服务，提高了临床合理用药水平。 |

| Objective: To analyze the use of drug counseling and to master the law, so as to improve the quality of pharmacy service and promote the clinical rational use of drugs. Methods: Statistical analysis was conducted for the drug consulting information registered in "the record book of medicine consultation" at the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital from July 2013 to June 2014, including the number of consultation, the consulting person, the type of drugs, the consulting content and the problem solving situation. Results: The nurses and doctors were the main body of the drug consultation. The drug was mainly anti-infection drug injection, followed by oral medicine and nutrition liquid; the main content of the consultation was the basic information of the drug, followed by the usage, dosage and drug selection; for most of the problems, the pharmacist could give answers on the spot, the more complex problems could be answered after discussion or getting instructions from the superior pharmacists. Conclusion: The clinical rational drug use was promoted by the use of the medicine consultation service. |
