| 目的：通过对头孢菌素类药物造成不良反应的类型和原因进行研究，探讨减少该类药物不良反应的方法。方法：通过检索1949-2015年中国知网和维普数据库所有与西药注射液不良反应的有关病例，建立西药注射液不良反应数据库，对头孢菌素类药物进行数据分析并讨论。结果：共发现头孢菌素类药物引起的不良反应1362例，治疗后好转768例，痊愈468例，死亡77例，不详32例，未好转11例，有后遗症6例。结论：头孢菌素类药物作为临床常用药之一，其不良反应发生率较高，但治愈率也较高，需要医生和患者提高用药警惕性，做到发现及时抢救及时，降低危害性。 |

| Objective: To explore the method to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions by analyzing the types and reasons of adverse reactions caused by cephalosporins.Methods: A database of adverse reaction of western medicine injections was established by searching the CNKI and VIP databases for adverse reaction cases caused by western medicine injections from 1949 to 2015.The cephalosporins data were further analyzed and discussed.Results: A total of 1362 cases of adverse reactions caused by cephalosporins were found.Among them 768 cases were improved after treatment,468 cases were cured,77 cases were dead,32 cases were unknown,11 cases were not improved,and 6 cases had sequelae.Conclusion: As one of the most commonly-used drugs in clinical medicine,the incidence rate of adverse reactions for cephalosporins is higher while its cure rate is high too.Therefore,doctors and patients need to improve the medication vigilance,make timely discovery and timely rescue so as to reduce the rate of mortality. |
