| 目的：分析部分药品短缺的原因，探讨药品供应信息平台的建立，为完善我国部分临床短缺药品供应保障措施提供参考。方法：采用文献研究法，了解我国药品短缺的原因，初步探索短缺药品的应急处理措施与长期保障措施。结果与结论：通过建立短缺药品信息平台，从生产供应调节与临床使用调节两方面进行应急处理；对于短缺药品的长期保障，可从短缺药品的遴选环节、生产流通环节、储备调剂环节和定价支付环节着手，减少药品短缺事件的发生。 |

| Objective: To analyze the reasons of shortage for some drugs, and explore the establishment of the information platform of drug supply, so as to provide some references for improving the safeguard measures for the supply of some clinical drug shortage in China. Methods: The reasons for the drug shortage in China were analyzed by using the method of literature research. Furthermore, both emergency management measures and long-term safeguard measures for the drug shortage were explored. Results and Conclusion: The emergency treatment should be adjusted from production supply and clinical use through the establishment of drug shortage information platform. The long-term safeguard measures should be improved from the following steps, such as the selection, production, circulation, storage and pricing of the drugs to reduce the occurrence of drug shortage. |
