加压素用于尿崩症、食管静脉曲张出血等疾病治疗已经在临床上应用多年。本文简述了加压素及加压素受体的结构、分布及生理功能,介绍了对加压素结构修饰而产生的一系列类似物及其不同的生物活性,加压素及其类似物在各药典收载及质量控制情况,以及加压素及其类似物质量标准中对杂质的要求,并对加压素在临床上的应用情况和前景进行了展望。 |

Vasopressin as a preferred medication for diabetes insipidus or esophageal variceal bleeding has been clinically used for many years. This article briefly introduced the structure, distribution and physiological function of vasopressin and vasopressin receptor. A series of vasopressin analogues resulting from modification in different positions of vasopressin structure and different biological activity of these analogues were described. The collection in different pharmacopeia, quality control and the requirements of impurities in quality standards of vasopressin and its analogues were also introduced. Furthermore, The clinical application and prospects of vasopressin were also summarized. |
