| 目的：分析互联网药品销售监管体系存在的主要缺陷并提出对策，为加强互联网药品销售安全监管提供参考。方法：阐述国内网上药品销售发展现状和违法表现，分析互联网药品销售监管体系存在的主要缺陷。结果与结论：从修订法规文件、健全监管体制、完善技术手段、加大监管力度、促进社会共治等几个方面，提出完善互联网药品销售监管体系的对策。 |

| Objective: To analyze the defects of the supervision system of online drug sale, to put forward countermeasures, and to provide references for strengthening the safety supervision of online drug sale. Methods: On the basis of describing the current situation and illegal means of online drug sale in China, the defects of the supervision system of online drug sale were analyzed. Results and Conclusion: The measures for improvement on the supervision system of online drug sale were proposed from several aspects such as revision of regulations, perfecting the supervision system, improving the technical means, strengthening supervision, as well as enhancing social co-governance. |
