近年来,市场上中药材(饮片)存在一定的染色问题,而且存在染色药材进入生产环节导致部分中成药含有染色剂的现象。中药中常见染色剂多为化工染料,对人体健康存在严重安全隐患,因此,国家药品监管部门相继批准了一系列补充检验方法作为控制这些问题产品认定的技术依据。由于这些染色成分不仅种类繁多,结构复杂,而且不断变化,因此,本文对其检测分析方法进行了总结,同时归纳了几种常见色系色素及其结构类似物的质谱与核磁等谱学信息,为准确定性此类成分以及相应补充检验方法的建立与实施提供科学依据。 |

In recent years, there exists the dying problem in Chinese material medica (prepared slices). Also raw materials with dyes are introduced into the manufacturing process. And it leads to the phenomenon of some Chinese patent medicine containing dyes. Most common dyes in traditional Chinese medicine are made by chemical synthesis. And there are serious safety risks to human health. As to these problematic products, national drug regulatory authorities have approved a series of supplementary test methods as the technical basis for judging. Due to the wide variety of the dyes with complex structures and changing constantly, this review summarizes the detection methods progress and spectral information including mass and nuclear magnetic resonance of several common dyes and their analogues. It provides scientific data for the accurate determination of these pigments and establishment and application of the corresponding supplementary detection methods. |
