| 目的：探知移动购药的运营现状，对药品类线上线下零售模式（O to O）的监管提供建议。方法：对现行法规进行解读；对我国现有的药品类移动商城和微信公众号进行分析统计。结果：药品类“O to O”零售企业提供的服务和质量参差不齐，现行法规对其约束不够，药品质量安全的监管尚有不足。结论：建议从监管法规、准入资质、质量检查等方面建立制度，对药品移动购药加强规范和约束。 |

| Objective: To find out the current operation status of mobile drug purchase and to provide suggestions for regulation of online to offline (O to O) drug retail mode. Methods: The existing laws and regulations were interpreted. Both existing drug mobile malls and WeChat business public accounts were analyzed. Results: The services and quality of O to O drug retail companies are not on the same level. The constraint of the existing laws and regulations is not good enough and the regulation of the drug quality and safety is still inadequate.Conclusion: It is suggested that system should be set up from the following aspects, such as from regulatory laws and regulations, access qualification, quality inspection, and so on to strengthen norms and constraints of the mobile drug purchase. |
