| 目的：通过分析甘肃省定西市人民医院处方点评中发现的不合理用药现象并进行干预，评价其效果，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性方法，对我院2015年7-12月门诊处方随机抽样，对不合理用药进行分类、汇总、统计，制定并实施干预措施，考察干预后（2016年1-6月）的用药情况，评价干预效果。结果：2015年7-12月门诊处方不合理用药率为20.67%，干预后下降为10.19%。结论：为了倡导合理用药、规范医师处方，通过定期点评、剖析不合理用药的原因，并进行有效干预，提高了医生合理用药水平，达到安全、有效、经济、适当的用药目的。 |

| Objective: To analyze the irrational drug use in our hospital and evaluate its intervention effect, so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use.Methods: The retrospective method was used to select random samples of the outpatient prescriptions in our hospital from July to December 2015; the irrational drug use was collected, classified and statistically analyzed; and interventions were developed and implemented. The drug use after intervention (from January to June 2016) was investigated to evaluate the effectiveness of intervention.Results: The irrational drug use rate of outpatient prescriptions from July to December in 2015 was 20.67%, and the rate decreased to 10.19% after intervention.Conclusion: In order to promote the rational use of drugs and standardize doctor's prescription, regular review, analysis of causes for irrational drug use and effective intervention are required. Thus, the goal of safe, effective, economic and appropriate medication can be achieved. |
