| 了解国内外药师参与药物治疗管理(Medication therapy management, MTM)的成本效果分析研究现状,为我国药师参与药物治疗的经济学评价提供参考。本文检索了万方数据库、维普数据库、中国知网和MEDLINE数据库,收集并分析近年来国内外发表的药师参与抗凝、糖尿病和高血压药物治疗管理的成本效果分析文章,发现国内外相关研究均不多,国外文献较国内稍多。这些研究的数据来源可为文献、数据库和随机对照实验。大多数研究显示药师参与MTM是一种具有成本效果的干预方法。通过总结国内外已发表的药师参与MTM的成本效果分析研究现况,为我国进一步发展MTM和开展高质量的成本效果分析研究提供依据。 |

| To investigate the current situation of domestic and overseas economic analysis of medication therapy management(MTM) and the value of pharmacists in this service，to provide new ideas for the development of economic evaluation of pharmaceutical care in China. This article searched Wan Fang Date, VIP, CNKI and MEDLINE to collect and analyze the research literatures of cost-effectiveness analysis of pharmacist-led warfarin therapy management, diabetes management and hypertension management. There is little published research to date which demonstrates the pharmacoeconomic of MTM. Relevant foreign literatures are more than domestic literatures. Data sources for these studies can be literature, databases and randomized controlled trials. All of the results show that pharmacist-led MTM is an cost-effectiveness intervention. By summarizing cost-effectiveness analysis of pharmacist-led MTM published at home and abroad, this article promotes the development of pharmaceutical services in medication therapy management and high-quality cost-effectiveness analysis in China. |
