      血清流行病学调查显示我国是肝炎流行大国,艾滋病病毒的新增感染病例也在逐年增加,这不仅影响了我国国民整体健康水平,也对输血和用血安全造成了威胁。应用核酸检测试剂进行血源筛查可显著缩短检测“窗口期”,进一步提高用血安全。本文介绍了血源筛查核酸检测试剂(以下简称“核酸血筛试剂”)的技术概况,梳理了核酸血筛试剂的研究进展及在国内外的应用现状,对我国核酸检测系统的研发、应用和监管提出了思考建议。

      The sero-epidemiological survey shows that China is a major hepatitis epidemic country, and the number of new HIV infections is increasing year by year, which not only affects the overall health status of our country but also threatens blood transfusion and blood safety in China. Application of NAT in blood source screening can significantly shorten the detection window period, and further improve transfusion safety. In this paper, we introduced the overview of NAT for blood source screening, as well as the recent progress and application status at home and abroad. Suggestions for research, application and regulation of NAT used for blood source screening in China were provided.
