目的:总结近年来温度敏感性生物材料(简称温敏材料)的研究进展,为后续温敏材料的进一步研究提供参考。方法:通过文献研究,总结目前常用的几种温敏材料的组成、原理,并介绍其在药物释放方面的应用。结果:温敏材料具有良好的生物相容性与低细胞毒性,常见的有壳聚糖、聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺等,其温敏性决定了在药物释放中的作用,提高了药物靶向性。结论:温敏材料可受环境因素影响发生体积相变,是药物缓控释的优秀材料。设计性能优良的温敏材料并成功应用于临床将是未来的研究方向之一。 |

Objective:To study the research progress of thermo-sensitive biomaterials in recent years, in order to provide references for the relevant future research. Methods: The composition and principle of some common thermo-sensitive materials were summarized through literature review, and the application in drug delivery were introduced in this paper. Results: Thermo-responsive biomaterials have good biocompatibility and low toxicity. Chitosan or poly (N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM), as representative materials, can be used to control drug release because of thermosensitivity. Besides, it can improve the bioavailability and targeting. Conclusion: The volume of thermo-sensitive materials may change under the influence of environmental factors, and this property make it a prosperous candidate of drug release system, Designing thermo-sensitive materials with excellent properties and applying to clinic will be one of the future research directions. |
