| 目的 调查济南市长清区连锁药店和单体药店药学服务开展现状并进行对比分析。方法 采用问卷调查法,通过实地发放调查问卷,指导填写的方式对济南市长清区四家单体药店和八家连锁药店的84位购药顾客进行调查。结果 发放连锁药店顾客问卷62份,收回62份,回收率为100%,有效问卷61份,有效率98.4%。发放单体药店顾客22份,收回22份,回收率100%,有效问卷22份,有效率100%。结论 济南市长清区连锁药店和单体药店药学服务仍需进一步提高,两种性质的药店应利用自身优势,相互借鉴,共同完善药学服务模式。 |

| Objective: To investigate and compare the current situation of pharmaceutical practice between chain pharmacies and single pharmacies in Changqing District of Jinan City.Methods: The survey was conducted on 84 customers of four single pharmacies and eight chain pharmacies in Changqing District of Jinan City by means of questionnaire survey and on-the-spot questionnaire.Results: 62 questionnaires were distributed to chain pharmacy customers, 62 were returned, the recovery rate was 100 %, 61 effective questionnaires, and the effective rate was 98.4 %. 22 questionnaires were distributed to single pharmacy customers, 22 were returned, the recovery rate was 100 %, 22 effective questionnaires, and the effective rate was 100 %. Conclusion:The pharmaceutical practice of chain pharmacies and single pharmacies in Changqing District of Jinan City still need to be further improved. Two types of pharmacies should make use of their own advantages, learn from each other, and work together to perfect the system of pharmaceutical practice. |
