| 目的：根据智能药柜在静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)的应用与实践，总结并分析实践中出现的问题以及改进措施，为现代化医院的药事管理提供新的经验与思路。方法：介绍智能药柜的结构与功能，揭示和分析了在管理、使用、维护中出现的软硬件问题，提出了多维度改进措施。结果：智能药柜的应用在很大程度上实现了PIVAS调配药品的自动化，提高了工作效率，减少了工作差错，促进了药师职能的转变，保证了用药的安全、有效；但是智能药柜的设计、使用和普及仍存在一些弊端需要在实践中不断发现和持续改进。结论：智能药柜的应用为PIVAS的信息化、智能化和规范化建设提供了有力的技术支撑，为实现技术服务型的静脉用药模式奠定了坚实的基础。 |

| Objective: To provide new experience and ideas for pharmaceutical management of modernized hospitals by summarizing and analyzing the problems in the application and practice of Automated Dispensing Cabinet (ADC) in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services (PIVAS) and come up with measures for improvement. Methods: The structure and function of ADC were introduced, and the hardware or software problems appeared in the management, use and maintenance were disclosed and analyzed. Multidimensional measures for improvement were proposed. Results: The application of ADC played an important part in the automation of drug dispensing in PIVAS, improvement of working efficiency, reduction of dispensing mistakes, the transformation of functions of pharmacists and the safety and effectiveness of medication. However, there were still some weaknesses and problems in the design, use and popularization of ADC, which need to be continuously discovered and solved. Conclusion: The application of ADC provided strong technical support for the informatization, intellectualization and standardization of PIVAS, and laid a solid foundation for the pattern of a technical service-oriented intravenous medication. |
