      目的:探讨传统的以授课为基础的教学法(Lecture-based Learning,LBL)结合以案例为基础的教学法(Case-based Learning, CBL)在临床药学类继续医学教育(Continuing Medical Education,CME) 项目——抗菌药物管理项目(Antimicrobial Stewardship Program,ASP)培训班的应用效果。方法:对 2018年与2019年参加抗菌药物管理项目(ASP)培训班的共78名学员采用LBL结合CBL教学,包含1天ASP 理论和2天ASP病例讨论的现场教学。比较学员培训前后闭卷考试成绩,并进行培训后效果问卷调查。 结果:2018年与2019年学员在培训前考试成绩分别为60.00(50.00~70.00)、55.00(50.00~67.50)分,而培训后考试成绩分别为85.00(85.00~90.00)、90.00(80.00~95.00)分,经培训后学员考试成绩均有显著提高(P<0.001)。在培训效果调查中,全部学员均认为此项目培训有收获,对授课内容和计划安排满意,且此培训模式比传统授课模式好。结论:LBL结合CBL教学模式应用于ASP培训班效果显著,值得进一步在临床药学类继续教育项目中研究和推广。

      Objective: To explore the application of traditional lecture-based learning (LBL) combined with case-based learning (CBL) to a continuing education program of clinical pharmacy which was named Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (ASP) training course. Methods: Seventy-eight students who participated in the ASP training program in 2018 and 2019 were taught by the traditional lecture-based combined with case-based teaching mode, which included a 1-day ASP theory learning workshop and a 2-day case discussion. Students'performances in closed-book tests before and after the whole training progress were compared, together with a questionnaire survey for the training effect conducted at the end of the program. Results: The theory test scores of trainees in 2018 and 2019 were respectively 60.00 (50.00-70.00) and 55.00 (50.00-67.50) before the training, but the scores reached 85.00 (85.00-90.00) and 90.00 (80.00-95.00) respectively after the training. The scores of the trainees were significantly improved by the training (P<0.001). As to the survey on the training effect, all the trainees thought they benefited from this program and were satisfied with the teaching contents and plan. They all agreed that this integrated mode was better than the conventional one. Conclusion: The teaching mode of LBL combined with CBL is effective in ASP training, which is worthy of further research and promotion in the continuing education program of clinical pharmacy.
