      新型冠状病毒肺炎（Corona Virus Disease 2019，COVID-19）和严重急性呼吸综合征（SARS）均属于冠状病毒感染，以肺部症状为主。二者在药物治疗过程中具有一定相似度。本文根据最前沿文献，综述了COVID-19和SARS在糖皮质激素、抗病毒药物、抗菌药物及其他药物的治疗策略中的共性和差异，旨在为临床用药提供理论基础和保障。
英文摘要:
      COVID-19 and SARS are both coronavirus infections, which are dominated by pulmonary symptoms. The two have some similarities in drug treatment. Aiming to provide theoretical basis and guarantee for clinical use, this article reviewed the commonalities and differences of COVID-19 and SARS in the treatment strategies of glucocorticoids, antivirals, antimicrobials and other drugs based on the latest literature.
