| 目的：为研究中国中药上市企业当前的运行效率以及存在的问题。方法：本文选取全国52家中药上市企业2008-2017年的相关数据指标，运用DEA方法和聚类分析方法对企业的运行效率趋势进行了实证分析。结果：依据上市企业运行效率技术效率和规模效率结果，将中国上市中药企业大致分为四种类型：全面高效型、配置低效型、规模低效型和持续改进型。结论：中药上市企业在保障规模效率稳定的基础上，推进技术效率的持续增长。 |

| Objective: To study the current operation efficiency of the listed enterprises of traditional Chinese medicines in China and their existing problems. Methods: The relevant data of 52 listed enterprises of traditional Chinese medicine from 2008 to 2017 in China were selected, and the empirical analysis on the trend of operation efficiency of these enterprises was carried out by using the method of DEA and the cluster analysis. Results: Based on the results of the operation efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency of these listed enterprises, the listed enterprises of traditional Chinese medicine in China could be roughly divided into four types:the comprehensive efficient, the configuration inefficient, the scale inefficient and the continuously improved. Conclusion: The continuous growth of technical efficiency could be promoted on the basis of ensuring the stability of scale efficiency of the listed enterprises of traditional Chinese medicines. |
