| 目的：使人才培养紧密结合院校学科特色及社会发展需要，带动院校其他专业的建设并为同类型高校相关专业建设和改革起到示范作用。方法：运用SWOT分析法对地方医学院校开办物流管理专业的优势与劣势、机会与威胁进行分析。结果：作为地方医学院校，牡丹江医学院将物流管理专业的核心能力定位为"医药物流"，并将认清现代医药物流业发展特点及对医药物流人才的要求、采用模块化师资培养、与行业协会建立联系作为地方医学院校物流管理专业特色建设的路径。结论：结合院校定位、学科优势及人才市场需求，并找到专业特色建设的有效路径，才能办出专业特色。 |

| Objective: To make talent training closely integrate with the academic characteristics of the colleges and universities and the needs of social development, promote the construction of other specilaties in colleges and universities and to play a role in demonstrating the construction and reform of related specilaties in the same type of colleges and universities. Methods: SWOT analysis was used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of setting up Logistics Management Specialties in local medical colleges and universities. Results: The core competence of Logistics Management focused on "medical logistics" in Mudanjiang Medical University, a local medical college. The characteristics of the modern medical logistics industry and the requirements for medical logistics talents will be recognized. It should be clear that modular teacher training is adopted, and establishing links with industry associations is regarded as the path for the characteristic construction of Logistics Management in local medical colleges and universities. Conclusion: By combining with the positioning of local colleges and universities, the advantages of disciplines and the needs of the talent market, and finding an effective path for the construction of professional characteristics, professional characteristics can be achieved. |
