| 目的：分享北京大学口腔医院药事管理工作持续改进的实践经验。方法：以《三级口腔医院评审标准（2011年版）实施细则（试行）》为依据，采用自评自建方式，对药事管理条款逐条解读、检查和评分，比较2013与2017年药事管理条款的自评得分情况，并对存在的问题及时分析、提出对策，加以改进。结果：经过5年改进，33项药事管理条款中优秀条款由3项增加到15项，良好条款由5项增加到12项，合格条款由21项减少为5项，不合格条款由4项减少为1项，医院药事管理各项工作取得明显成效。结论：我院药事管理工作实行的自我评价与改进的方法和措施切实可行，有较好借鉴作用。 |

| Objective: To share the practical experience in continuous improvement of the management of the pharmaceutical affairs in a tertiary stomatological hospital. Methods: According to Detailed Rules for Tertiary Stomatological Hospital Accreditation (Trial) (2011 edition), the method of self-evaluation and self-building was used to interpret, check and score the clauses of management of the pharmaceutical affairs one by one. The self-evaluation scores for the clauses of management of the pharmaceutical affairs from 2013 to 2017 were compared. The existing problems were analyzed, and the countermeasures for improvement were proposed. Results: After five years of improvement, the "A-excellent" items increased from 3 to 15, and the "B-good" items increased from 5 to 12. The "C-qualified" items reduced from 21 to 5, and the "D-unqualified" items reduced from 4 to 1, indicating that the management of the pharmaceutical affairs in the hospital has achieved remarkable results. Conclusion: The measures and methods for self-evaluation and improvement in the management of the pharmaceutical affairs in our hospital are practical, feasible and have good reference effects. |
