      目的:建立羌活饮片中有机溶剂类成分的检测方法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱法,以FID为检测器,使用HP-INNOWAX(30 m×0.53 mm×1 μm)毛细管色谱柱,程序升温,以氮气为载气,进样口温度230℃,检测器温度250℃,采用相应方法分别制备对照品溶液及供试品溶液,并采用顶空气相色谱法-质谱联用方法进行确认。结果:3批样品均出现与甲醇对照试剂保留时间一致的色谱峰,其余所测羌活饮片中均未出现与乙醇、丙酮等13种有机溶剂保留时间一致的色谱峰。结论:本方法简便灵敏,结果准确可靠,适用于羌活饮片中有机溶剂类成分的检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To establish a method for determining the organic solvents in Notopterygium decoction pieces. Methods:The headspace gas chromatography (GC) method was used, FID as detector combined with HPINNOWAX columns (30 m×0.53 mm×1 μm). The injector temperature and detector temperature were set at 230℃ and 250℃ respectively. The temperature increased according to program and the nitrogen was used as carrier gas. The sample solution and standard solution were prepared by corresponding methods, and were confirmed by the method of headspace GC-MS. Results:The chromatographic peaks were consistent with the retention time of the methanol control reagents in the three batches of samples, and the chromatographic peaks consistent with the retention times of 13 organic solvents such as ethanol and acetone were not found in the other samples. Conclusion:The established method is simple, sensitive and reliable, and can be used for the determination of residual solvents in Notopterygium decoction pieces.
