| 目的：通过对云南省实施基本药物制度的基层医疗卫生机构进行调查，了解基本药物制度在云南省各个地区基层医疗卫生机构的实施情况，为更好地推行基本药物制度提供参考。方法：采用回顾性研究方法，分析2013-2016年云南省16个州市基层医疗卫生机构的相关统计报表，将数据录入EXCEL数据库，分析基本药物配备率、使用金额占比、年诊疗量等指标。结果：2013-2016年，云南省16个州市基层医疗卫生机构基本药物配备率分别为92.71%、92.25%、92.98%、91.58%；基本药物平均使用金额比例分别为92.8%、92.1%、91.2%、91.8%；年诊疗量平均增幅为4.99%。结论与建议：云南省基本药物制度实施取得了一定的成效，但仍存在一些问题，需进一步加强药品采购配送监管，加强医院与基层医疗机构的衔接，加快药品采购平台信息化建设。 |

| Objective:To understand the implementation of the essential medicine system in primary medical and health institutions in Yunnan Province through the investigation of primary medical and health institutions implementing the essential medicine system in Yunnan Province and provide references for better implementation of the essential medicine system. Methods:Retrospective research method was used to analyze the relevant statistical reports of the primary medical and health institutions in 16 cities in Yunnan Province from 2013 to 2016. The data were put into the EXCEL database to analyze the indicators such as the essential medicine allocation rate, the proportion of the use amount, and the annual diagnosis and treatment. Results:From 2013 to 2016, the essential medicine allocation rate of primary medical and health institutions in 16 cities in Yunnan Province was 92.71%, 92.25%, 92.98%, and 91.58% respectively, the average use amount of essential drugs was 92.8%, 92.1%, 91.2%, and 91.8% respectively, the average annual increase in diagnosis and treatment was 4.99%. Conclusion and Suggestions:The implementation of the essential medicine system in Yunnan Province has achieved certain results, but there are still some problems. It is necessary to further strengthen the supervision of drug procurement and distribution, strengthen the connection between hospitals and primary medical institutions, and accelerate the information construction of the drug purchasing platform. |
