| 目的：为建立标准化的医院药学质量管理体系提供参考。方法：运用多种管理方法，寻找现行质量控制工作中的薄弱环节，从确定改进内容、设计可行项目，到分步推进实施进行了论述。结果：通过建立标准化的质量管理体系，进一步完善了工作制度和操作规程，提升了药师职业素养，深化了药学服务内涵，医院药学管理水平得到了进一步提高。结论：标准化质量管理体系的建立改善了科室管理现状，使医院药学质量管理更趋于规范、合理，经验值得借鉴。 |

| Objective: To provide references for establishing a standardized hospital pharmacy quality management system. Methods: A variety of management methods were used to find out the weaknesses in the current quality control work. Determination of improved content, design of feasible projects, as well as step-bystep implementation were discussed. Results: Through the establishment of a standardized quality management system, the work system and operating procedures were further improved, the professional quality of pharmacists was improved, the content of pharmaceutical services was deepened, and the hospital pharmacy management level was further improved. Conclusion: The establishment of standardized quality management system has improved the current situation of department management, making hospital pharmacy quality management more standardized and reasonable, which is worth sharing. |
