      目的:为提高药事管理教学质量,加强学生主动学习能力、分析和处理问题能力及独立思考能力,对药事管理课程的教学方式进行探索。方法:采用多元化教学的方式,如PBL教学法、案例教学法、任务驱动法、情境教学法等,在药事管理课程中的应用进行探究,以实际案例进行导学,引导学生开拓思维、研究问题,总结得出药事管理的相关知识。结果:多元化教学应用于药事管理课程的教学中,可启发学生的思维,改掉过去传统课程内容的枯燥和乏味,取得了良好效果。结论:多元化教学是提高学生主动获取知识能力的重要方法,在实践教学和应用中具有重要的教学价值,将其应用于药事管理课程教学中,可为教学改革提供一定的参考。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the teaching methods of pharmaceutical affair management course in order to improve the teaching quality of pharmaceutical affair management, enhance ability of active learning, analyzing and solving problems, and independent thinking of students. Methods: Diversified teaching methods, such as PBL teaching method, case method of instruction, task-driven method, situational teaching method, etc. were adopted. The application of the diversified teaching methods in the pharmaceutical affairs management course was explored. Students were guided with practical cases to develop thinking, research questions and summarize relevant knowledge of pharmaceutical affair management. Results: Diversified teaching applied to the teaching of pharmaceutical affair management course could inspire the thinking of students, get rid of the boring contents of traditional course, and achieve good results. Conclusion: Diversified teaching is an important method to improve the ability of students to acquire knowledge actively, which has important teaching value in teaching practice and application. Applying it to the teaching of pharmaceutical affair management course can provide some references for teaching reform.
