| 目的：探讨在当前深化改革的背景下，药品检验机构如何改革发展，为下一步的全国药品检验机构改革发展提供借鉴和参考。方法：通过实地调研、问卷函调等方式收集相关数据，深入分析全国药品检验机构的现状和发展面临的问题。结果与结论：药品检验机构应发挥传统优势，从加强自身能力建设、保留公益属性、扩增检验资质、开展检验方法替代研究、储备人才等方面，主动参与改革，积极创新发展。 |

| Objective: To explore how to reform and develop the drug control institutions under the background of current deepening reforms and to provide references for the reform and development of drug control institutions in China. Methods: Relevant data were collected through on-site research and questionnaires. The current situation and problems of drug control institutions in China were analyzed in details. Results and Conclusion: Drug control institutions should make full use of their traditional advantages to actively participate in the reform and development in the following aspects:enhancing their capacity, retaining public welfare attributes, expanding testing qualifications, carrying out the research on alternative testing methods and reserving and training talents. |
