| 目的：了解居民对中医药的认知、使用情况与态度及其影响因素。方法：选取125名洛阳市某药店的顾客进行问卷调查，使用SPSS Statistics 20及Excel 2016对数据进行统计分析。结果与结论：被调查者的中医药认知得分均值（3.62）和中医药使用得分均值（4.45）处于中上等水平，对中医药的评价与态度得分均值（2.57）处于中等水平。被调查者的学历、年龄、本人及家人的中医药背景，与其对中医药的认知水平显著相关；被调查者的年龄、亲戚和朋友的中医药背景，与其对中医药的使用水平显著相关；被调查者的性别、身体健康程度，与其对中医药的评价与态度显著相关。 |

| Objective:To understand the cognition, use and attitude of residents toward traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and its influencing factors. Methods:125 customers of a drugstore in Luoyang were investigated by questionnaire survey. SPSS Statistics 20 and Excel 2016 were used to statistically analyze the data. Results and Conclusion:Respondents' average score for cognition of TCM (3.62) and the average score for TCM use (4.45) were at upper-middle level. The average score for evaluation and attitude of TCM (2.57) was at medium level. Academic background, age and the TCM background of the respondent and their family members were significantly related to the cognitive level of TCM. Age of the respondents, TCM background of their relatives and friends were significantly related to the use level of TCM. Gender and physical health of the respondents were significantly related to the evaluation and attitude of TCM. |
